  • What are the benefits of Staffseaker?
    There are just as many people who want to work temporarily as there are businesses that need temporary support. We provide both sides an opportunity to come together – quickly, uncomplicatedly, transparently, and at fair prices! Additionally, we conduct a video call interview with every seasonal hero before accepting them. Only those who meet our requirements have a chance to be placed! Staffseaker will support you throughout the entire process, ensuring you find qualified and suitable employees for your business.
  • How do I find employees (seasonal heroes)?
    To find new employees through Staffseaker you need to sign up on the platform and create a company profile, where you provide details about your open positions and the requirements. In a phone or video call with Staffseaker, you provide key information about the open positions. Staffseaker then sends you the profiles of the seasonal heroes who match your search profile. You have the autonomy to decide with whom you conduct an interview.
  • What is the cost of the placement, and when do I have to pay?
    The amount of our fee depends on the duration of the contract - regardless of the earnings of the seasonal hero - and is only due upon conclusion of the contract between you and the seasonal hero. Short term - 1000 Euro Hire candidates for up to 6 months Probation time: 2 weeks Mid-term - 1500 Euro Hire candidates for 7 - 9 months Probation time: 3 weeks Annual: Hire candidates for 10 - 12 months Probation time: 4 weeks Should you be unsatisfied with the candidate within 2 -4 weeks and terminate the contract, we will refund you 50% pf your placement fee.
  • Do I need to have a seasonal business?
    No, we connect our seasonal heroes wherever temporary workers are needed. This can be for a traditional seasonal position, holiday or sick leave coverage, or any other type of temporary arrangement.
  • Where is the seasonal hero employed?
    The seasonal hero is employed directly within your company. We simply act as the intermediary.
  • Is there a minimum salary for the seasonal heroes?
    You negotiate the salary and other contract terms such as duration, meals, accommodation, working hours, etc., directly with the seasonal hero. Legal requirements must be observed!
  • Who covers the travel expenses?"
    The travel expenses for the seasonal hero must be covered by you/ your company.
  • Who provides accommodations?
    We only connect seasonal heroes (employees) to Staffseakers (employers) who provide employee accommodations. The costs must be negotiated individually with the seasonal hero.
